If you want to give it a try, here are the ingredients:
Strawberry jam cake: (for 12 to 14 cupcakes)
1cup flour
1/2cup sugar
90g butter
2 eggs
3 tablespoons milk
2 and1/2 tablespoons strawberry jam
1 tablespoon baking powder
Preheat your oven to TH 6(180 C degrees) while you’re preparing the little cakes.
Mix the butter, the sugar and the eggs until combined. Then add the flour and the baking powder and mix until combined to. Finally, bring in the milk and the jam and mix it until finally all combined.
Fill the cupcake liners to the half and put in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Lemon cheese cream topping:
100g butter
120g cheese cream
Juice of one lemon
1 cup of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix all the ingredient, butter, lemon and cream cheese first. Whip slowly first and when all the ingredients are in the bowl, whip it quickly for a minute for the cream to be lighter (like a cloud ^^).
Put the cake and the cream together, put any coloured decorations on it and eat it, that is the best part!
