I had pastas leftovers from the day before, and there weren’t enough pastas for 2 (because yes I always cook for 2!) so I decided to cook a lot of vegetables with it and it turned out to be really good!so here is the recipe:

2 carottes

1 leek

1 onion

2 Paris mushrooms

1/4 of a chinese cabbage

1 zucchini

Leftover pastas

1/2 a chicken stock in a glass of water

1 little spoon of soja sauce

Some sesame oil

Olive oil

Put some olive oil in a stove, let it heat, then put all the vegetables in order of time cooking so first the onion, second the carrots and the leek, third the zucchini and the chinese cabbage and finally the mushrooms. Add again a bit of olive oil so the vegetables are quite soaked. Let it cook slow fire.

When everything is quite cooked, prepare a hot glass of water where you’ll put 1/2 a chicken stock,a spoon of soja sauce, and some sesame oil. Turn on strong fire wait a minute and put your glass of sauce in the vegetables. Let it cook as long as it takes to get all the flavours mixed and if you want the sauce to be thicker add a spoon of flour.

When vegetables are ready put the leftover pastas in the stove and there you go, healthy and delicious food is waiting for you to be eaten.

You can add whatever spices that you like and do this with different vegetables, up to you and your tastes!
